![]() I think Cisco has a solution that uses Anyconnect, but i'd imagine its even more expensive than the Juniper. this wouldnt replace our existing router, but i'd assume i could turn off the dhcp/wireless features and make it a bridged vpn device basically, i believe. then just having end users install openvpn on the other side and connect (i think via open vpn profile files). Possibly very inexpensive VPN hardware choices i have thought of it maybe getting a Netgear 7XXX series router and flashing it with the WRT firmware. So I was seeking alternative secure hardware VPN ideas that others may have used that would do the same. which i'm also not sure if thats per year or a one time thing (i think one time plus gold support). 10 concurrent users (we probably need more like 15) are around $3k to get this going. My original idea was using the Pulse Secure Access Device by Juniper which we already have but need licensing for. ![]() I was trying to find an alternative to our very old and insecure PPTP without having to create proxy servers or other software based solutions on site, but rather have a piece of hardware in place and offsite people simply hit the device/web page to establish vpn. but with 40+ virtual servers and about 5 physical ones on site (windows shop). We have a small business of about 40 users. ![]()
